Nothing Technologies, led by Carl Pei, plans to launch the Nothing phone (1) in India on July 12. For quite some time, the former OnePlus founder has been pushing the phone, teasing bits of information to keep the frenzy going. The business has recently released a gadget image that reveals the device’s design.
Nothing has been established about the device’s production in Tamil Nadu, India.
Nothing phone (1) first impressions
The Nothing phone (1) appears to be a breath of fresh air in a time when smartphone designs have grown predictable, based on the design unveiled by Carl Pei’s team. Pei is continuing the transparent design principle it developed with its initial product, the Nothing ear (1).
Apart from confirming the usage of an aluminium frame, the initial design reveal of the Nothing phone (1) has left very little to the imagination. The phone’s back is transparent, displaying the phone’s incredibly well-done internals, including the wireless charging coil and the Nothing branding at the bottom.
Bold. Warm. Full of soul.
A return to instinct.
This is phone (1).
Tune in on 12 July to hear all about it: https://t.co/FEJL4Jb2Aw pic.twitter.com/5XUbvo8dwZ
