Tata Nexon EV MAX: Specifications and Features

The Tata Nexon EV MAX will sit alongside the current Nexon EV generation, providing purchasers with a longer range option. Because of its 33 percent larger battery pack, the Nexon EV MAX is expected to have an ARAI-certified range of around 437 kilometres on a single charge. A liquid-cooled 40.5kWh battery pack replaces the 30.2kWh battery pack in the car.
Multi-mode regenerative braking is now available on the Tata Nexon EV MAX, allowing users to control the amount of brake energy cooperation. The regen’s highest level allows single-pedal driving and includes brake light activation to warn oncoming traffic. The automobile also has a new optional 7.2kW AC fast charger that can be purchased at the same time as the car. When compared to the standard 3.3kW charger, this will give faster charging. Furthermore, a public 50kW fast charger can charge the car from 0 to 80 percent in roughly 56 minutes.
The Tata Nexon EV MAX also has a more powerful and efficient Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor that can deliver 105kW or 143PS of peak power and 250Nm of peak torque. The Nexon EV MAX, according to Tata Motors, can accelerate from zero to 100 kilometres per hour in less than nine seconds. The top speed has also been increased, now being electronically regulated at 140 kmph.
The Tata Nexon EV MAX features an Electronic Stability Program (ESP) with i-VBAC, Hill Hold Control, Hill Descent Control, an electronic parking brake with auto-hold function, all four disc brakes, an IP67-rated battery pack and motor, and more in terms of safety.
